After working in the steel contracting business for 27 years, I have begun pursuit of my dream of building these unique art sculptures. Since the age of 20, I began doing small welding jobs such as custom handrails, gates, and patio furniture. After about 2 years of these smaller projects, I began working on buildings such as carpet mills and other steel structures. Although steel construction is exciting and rewarding, I noticed that unique art sculptures could be crafted out of steel using the skills I have developed over the years.

About 2 years ago, I became pyhsically sick and was out of work for a few weeks. During this time, I began to reflect on what I really wanted to do when I was able to work again.

I promised myself that after I recovered I would begin pursuing my dream of building steel art sculptures. I didn't want to make the mistake of looking back at what I could have done, so I decided to take the plunge and start my own business making steel artwork.

I started out by building a few pieces and putting them on a trailer and towing these around my stomping grounds in Tennessee. Everywhere I went I would attract a crowd of onlookers, staring at my sculptures. Many people would take pictures and videos, and give me a "thumbs up" for a job well done. The feeling of accomlishment and reward that comes from other people appreciating my work is just great! My experience of seeing the appreciation on the faces of people who saw my work convinced me to pursue my dream of building art sculptures! Now, with the support of my special wife of 26 years, I hope that you will also appreciate my dream, and pursue your dreams as well.
